Post-Chapter 5: After defeating Adam and Eve in Chapter 5, you'll receive a call from Operator 6O. This initiates the "Investigating Communications" quest – complete it immediately as it's easily missed.

Chapter 6 & 7 Progression: Proceed through the main story, completing Chapter 6 (Forest Castle events) and beginning Chapter 7.

"Terminal Repairs": After conversing with Pascal and inquiring about A2, explore the city ruins. Operator 6O will contact you again, directing you to check your inbox at an access point to start the "Terminal Repairs" quest.

"Find a Present": Continuing Chapter 7 and heading back to the Resistance Camp, you'll receive a final call from Operator 6O, mentioning flowers and leaving another message in your inbox. This message starts the "Find a Present" quest.
