Creating Your American-Born Character

For Custom Life creation, simply select "The United States" as your birthplace - gender and state don't matter. Existing characters qualify too, provided they were born in the US and maintain a clean criminal record throughout this challenge.

Your Step-by-Step Relocation Guide

All four relocation tasks follow the same method: navigate to Activities > Emigrate and browse available countries. Don't worry if your target nations don't appear immediately - the selection refreshes each time you reopen the menu. The order of relocation doesn't matter (France first worked perfectly in my playthrough).

When your desired country appears, select "Request Approval." Since emigration requires funds, build your savings with steady employment before starting. You can either age up to refresh options or simply reopen the emigration window - the latter being more efficient as it instantly repopulates the destination list.

Securing Emigration Approval

While the Golden Passport (a premium add-on) guarantees approval, standard players should maintain a spotless record. Criminal charges will block emigration - forcing you to either use the Time Machine or restart completely. Keep your nose clean and save diligently, and you'll breeze through the approval process.

Success comes down to two factors: sufficient funds and a clean legal history. Relocate to Germany, Spain, France, and Brazil in any sequence to complete the challenge and earn your reward.
