Parallel Experiment: A Co-op Crime Thriller Puzzler Coming to Steam and Mobile

Eleven Puzzles' highly anticipated co-op crime thriller puzzler, Parallel Experiment, is set to launch on Steam this March. A mobile demo for iOS and Android is also planned for later in the year, with a full mobile release to follow.

This innovative game, reminiscent of titles like Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, tasks players (as detectives Ally and Old Dog) with solving the mystery of a ruthless killer. The unique twist? Players are often located in separate, independent locations, requiring communication and collaboration to solve over 80 interconnected puzzles.

Features include:

• A retro in-game notebook for clue tracking.
• Cooperative dialogue mechanics.
• A stylish noir comic book art style.
• Fun, interactive ways to playfully annoy your partner (knocking on windows, poking, etc.).
• Cross-platform play (crossplay) between mobile and desktop versions.

What's in the box?!

The inclusion of crossplay is a particularly clever feature, offering unique communication and distraction possibilities beyond the typical desktop experience (e.g., using Discord). While the co-op puzzle genre isn't new, Parallel Experiment benefits from extensive testing to optimize the mobile experience.
