Star Wars Celebration has unveiled our first glimpse of Rory McCann stepping into the role of Baylan Skoll for Season 2 of Ahsoka. McCann takes on the role previously portrayed by Ray Stevenson, who tragically passed away from a brief illness just three months before the premiere of the first season.

While we eagerly await McCann's performance, fans were treated to an exclusive first-look image at the Ahsoka panel during Star Wars Celebration, which you can see below.

Stevenson, celebrated for his roles in films like Thor, RRR, Punisher: War Zone, and the series Rome, left a lasting impression with his portrayal of Baylan Skoll, which many consider the highlight of Ahsoka so far.

Dave Filoni, the creator of the Ahsoka series, expressed that losing Ray Stevenson was a significant challenge in crafting Season 2, especially given Stevenson's remarkable presence both on and off the screen. Filoni described him as "the most beautiful person on screen and off."

During the panel, Filoni and the production team also teased what's in store for Season 2, confirming that Hayden Christensen will reprise his role as Anakin Skywalker, joined by characters like Admiral Ackbar, Zeb, Chopper, and others.
