This limited-time Sims 4 event has players searching high and low. One particularly tricky task? Locating the elusive Special Time Capsule. This guide will help you find it before the event ends.

The Blast from the Past event begins with a quest to learn about a mysterious visitor, Emit. You'll gather clues via TV, social media, and conversations with other Sims. The hunt for the Special Time Capsule, however, requires a bit more detective work.

The only clue? Look for rocks near parks. Having spoken to Emit in Willow Creek park, start your search there. Examine the rocks; one will contain what looks like diamonds. Interact with it to unearth the Special Time Capsule. Note: you might need to check several rocks.

What's Inside the Special Time Capsule?

Opening the capsule reveals an IOU note – a slightly underwhelming reward for your efforts! Read the note and return to Emit to unlock further quests within the event.

How Long Does the Blast from the Past Event Last?

With numerous quests, you'll have ample time to complete the Blast from the Past event, running until March 18, 2025. However, completing all four weeks unlocks fantastic rewards:
