The festive fun of Monopoly GO's Jingle Joy sticker album is wrapping up. From December 5, 2024, to January 16, 2025, players have been immersed in holiday cheer, collecting festive stickers, participating in special events, and amassing a bounty of holiday-themed tokens, shields, and emojis.

Throughout this period, players have inevitably gathered numerous duplicate stickers. Even after trading these extras, you might find yourself with a surplus. In Monopoly GO, these duplicates transform into Stars. Curious about what happens to those extra Stars once the Jingle Joy album concludes? Let's dive in.

What Happens to Stars At the End of Jingle Joy Sticker Album?

As the Jingle Joy album comes to a close, all sticker sets and the "Stickers for Rewards" section will reset entirely. If you're sitting on a stash of unused Stars, there's no need to fret. Any remaining Stars that haven't been used to unlock a vault will be automatically converted into valuable dice rolls. The conversion caps at 700+ Stars, which will net you 750 dice.

If you have more than 700+ Stars, unfortunately, the excess will be lost. To avoid this, it's wise to use your Stars to open vaults and maximize your rewards before the next sticker album kicks off in Monopoly GO. You'll find three different safes in the Stickers for Rewards menu, each offering unique rewards:

Remember to keep at least 700 Stars to secure the conversion bonus of 750 Dice Rolls when the new sticker album begins. You can spend your additional Stars on the lower-cost safes to extract extra dice from them.

How To Get More Stars in Monopoly GO

When you land a sticker you already own, it becomes a duplicate. The number of Stars you earn from each duplicate depends on its rarity. A common sticker's duplicate might only give you a handful of Stars, whereas a rare sticker, like a Gold one, will reward you with a significantly higher amount. Generally, Gold stickers are worth double.

To optimize your Star collection, avoid opening vaults without a plan. Instead, wait for a Sticker Boom event and strategize to maximize your rewards.
